Are you looking for ways to gaining muscle whilst burning the fat? It’s really simple. You don’t have to give up carbohydrates or fat but you will need to cycle them.
In 2 weeks bursts. Most diets require you to give up carbs or limit them
severely. This will shut down your thyroid after only a few weeks and
make you even fatter when you come off. Below is the diet that I
personally use and my clients use each year to achieve staggering and
PERMANENT fat loss.
Week 1:
Eat absolutely no carbohydrates what so ever or absolutely as little as
possible, act as if they are poison.
Week 2:
On the first day of week 2 you will need to get your thyroid pumping
again, so eat 100 grams of carbs in the morning for breakfast, but that’s
it. This will actually be harder than the zero carb phase because once
your insulin levels rise. Asking your body for more carbs. stay
strong, this phase will only last for 7 days.
Week 3:
On the first day of week 3 you will remove fat from your diet all
together. Now since during the zero carb phase your body is used to using
fat as fuel you will, lose a significant amount of fat from the first
week of this phase. (10 lbs. approx.) But remember to stay carb conscious.
Get no more than 300 grams of carbs for each day. That means lots of
tuna and trimmed chicken breast.
Week 4:
Week 4 is where it gets fun. Here you are going to start eating to
reset your metabolism to a higher rate. You need to get about 6000 calories
a day from meat and grains. Eat fats and proteins readily. Stay away
from simple sugars as much as possible, but if you need to eat them,
just don’t go hog wild. Be sure to get at least 200 grams of protein a day
from whole sources. Eg. Fish, eggs, beef and milk. Be sure your
carbohydrates are of high nutritional value as well. The only trick here is
not to over consume calories any where near bedtime. Generally I’d say
if you awoke at 6:00 am you should be done eating by 7:00 pm.
That’s it! Just repeat this diet to the letter as often as needed to
get the fat off! I promise the fat will stay off. (As long as you don’t
stop being sensible in your diet.) The reason for the briefness of this
program is for the average user, most people I’ve worked with would
rather read a simple and to the point diet rather than some technical
explanation of why it works this way. But trust me, I’ve been doing this
for a long time and this is the absolute best program I’ve ever used, and
I have used them all.
